I was on deck and checked in online it wouldn’t take me waited 10 min to take someone else. I won’t ever come back to location because of poor service

Terrible service. I've been going to this location for years, and had a horrible customer service experience today. As usual, I booked my appointment online. However, when I arrived and tried to check in, their computer system did not recognize me. After waiting a long time for an actual person to come to the front desk, she was incredibly rude, and basically accused me of lying. Her name is Tiffany, and I will definitely never go to this location again. Horrendous customer service. Avoid!

The last time that I visited Sports Clips at Coconut Point Mall in Estero Florida the store manager was standing out front smoking and talking on her cell phone. No one waited on me, so I left. This visit, I arrived at 7:20 p.m. and the shop closes at 8 p.m. There were two people waiting for haircuts ahead of me. The hair stylist told me that they were not accepting any more clients tonight because they were already going to have to work past 8 p.m. I have purchased multiple season passes to Sports Clips in the past. I will not be going back to this location ever.
