I've been taking my son here for almost 2 years. Every time there's a little glitch but I like his cut, for the most part and it's close to our house so I continue. No longer. Their customer service over the phone is absolutely lacking and when their online system is down from pre checking in they won't help you out at all. Last visit it said it was a 47 minute wait... before we got there... Then we arrive (43min later) and it said another 49 minutes! How does the time go up? I check in online today, said 57 minutes, I call after 50 minutes... I asked if they were running on time, she said going to be another 43 minutes. What is the point of this online check in if you don't respect the times given? They have been rude on the phone multiple times, I am just done.
