If I could leave a 0 I would. I was getting my haircut and I unfortunately have health conditions that cause me to burp a lot. Hannah K. was my stylist and asked why I was burping so much. Something extremely inappropriate to ask a customer, especially when she doesn’t know what I go through. She was also extremely rough with the haircut itself.

Ricky made me feel uncomfortable from go. He was rushing to get my hair done. He literally finished my hair in 5 minutes. He prompted thru all the stuff on the screen to get me to check out. He gave himself a $0 tip. Told me to insert my card and walked away. I tried to leave a tip and it somehow shut the system down. He told me my haircut was free. I asked what happened? He said he wasn’t proud of my haircut. This was an act of kindness and the haircut was free he told me. Not going back here any time soon
